Provides services to multicultural women and their families. Services provided include: Settlement services, Consultations, Immigration matters, Centrelink support, Counselling, Document Clinic, English classes & social activities. Social groups including mum's group. Provide SARA domestic and violence program.
Settlement Engagement & Transition Support (SETS) Program offers support with: Accommodation, assistance to find suitable Accommodation, Assisting with documentation and applying for rental accommodation, Advocacy with real estate and other service providers, Helping to connect services such as Internet and electricity, Orientation programs and Workshops about Immigration, Citizenship test workshop, Health and Infection Control, Police and Enforcement, Domestic Violence support, Medicare and Pharmacy Services, Centrelink Services, and English Conversational Classes.
Assistance with Employment, Assisting with personal resume, Job search skills. Immigration Assistance, Family sponsorship applications, Travel Document and Immi Card applications, Citizenship applications. Financial Guidance including: Internet banking, Assisting with payment plan, Payments through Centrelink’s CentrePay program, Bills related to Phone, Internet and Electricity. Health and Wellbeing support, Assisting clients to find bilingual practitioners to meet their needs,
Community development and social support programs to link with larger community, Sports and interactive activities such as volleyball evening and family BBQ.
Driving Change ProgramSupporting newly arrived migrants and refugees and vulnerable members of the community to practice their driving skills and obtain their drivers licence. this program supports clients to gain independance and increase their confidence increasing their chances to find employment.
Immigration SupportMFO provides free immigration advice and support by a registered immigration agent is available to all MFO Clients.
English Conversation Morning TeaOnce a week we have informal conversational English lessons facilitated by our multilingual staff. Many of our clients have a great need for this extra language support, and they feel relaxed being taught by people they know and have regular contact with.
Document ClinicOur trained volunteers can support clients to fill in large forms and documents by appointment. Access Services
Access Community Services Limited provides settlement, employment, training, youth support services, housing and social enterprise opportunities for migrants, refugees and Australian born clients. Services are delivered right across Queensland with a particular focus on the South East, including Logan City, Ipswich City and the Gold Coast. Access also offers torture/trauma counselling for refugees and CALD clients.

Refugee and Immigration Legal Service
Legal advice, assistance for CALD clients.
Provide free legal representation and assistance on a variety of migration matters including: Family Violence, Protection Visas, Refugee Family Reunification, support for Unrepresented Asylum Seekers and support in sponsoring discriminated and displaced people to come to Australia. Queensland Program of Assistance to Survivors of Torture and Trauma
The Queensland Program of Assistance to Survivors of Torture and Trauma (QPASTT) provides flexible and culturally sensitive services to promote the health and well being of people who have been tortured or who have suffered refugee related trauma prior to migrating to Australia. QPASTT aims to provide services which address the range of physical, psychological and social needs that survivors of torture and trauma have. All services are free and confidential. They assist people from all genders, sexualities, religions and cultures.
