Goldbridge Rehabilitation Services
- Overview: The residential facility in Southport provides accommodation for up to twenty five (25) individuals.
- 6 Month program. Based on 12 Steps of AA and NA.
- Therapeutic Community. Therapeutic Community (TC) is a treatment program in which the community itself, through self-help and mutual support, is the principal means for promoting personal change and a healthy outlook to life.
- Cost: Part of Centrelink Payment, but less than other rehab centres Goldbridge offers:

- Transition-to-Community. Goldbridge’s Transition-To-Community Program has been created to assist those in abstinent-based recovery from alcohol and other drug dependency, providing support during the transition from a residential program back to independent living in the community.

- Intake & Admission Process To complete an Intake please call 07 5503 1255. The initial Intake takes 10 minutes. After this an Intake & Assessment Worker will contact you again in within two working days to arrange a face to face or a phone interview. The Assessment Interview will take up to 2 hours and can be completed in person at Goldbridge or via telephone.
- You may need to provide additional information for the Intake & Assessment Worker on your health or mental health.
- You will be required to maintain regular phone contact following the Assessment Service on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 10.00am to 12.00pm to remain on the wait list.
