New Life provides a $55 parcel that contains enough food to serve a family of 4-5 for a week and is valued roughly $175-$200. Approximately two shopping trollies worth of supplies. Including fruit, vehtables and meat.
$55, $65 and $75 packs available. Pickup or delivery options are available throughout the Gold Coast.

Set Free Care - Southport
Set Free Care offers free dinners on Tuesday Nights from 5pm-7pm, and lunches on Thursdays from 11am-1pm. The Set Free Care also provides $15 pantry packs.
The range of pantry products included in each pack varies from week to week. Cereal, a rice or pasta-based dinner, some snack food, and occasionally something sweet may be included in the pack. When available, pantry kits include extra items such as fresh milk and/or frozen chicken and/or fruit and vegetables. These extras are contingent on their availability.
